Nicola is a qualified chartered
accountant, with a number of years post article experience. Her areas of specialisation include assurance, risk management, taxation
and advisory.
She has a passion for implementing controls where risks are identified and to assist management in the implementation process.
She has exposure to international experience on a secondment to New York, which broadened her knowledge on business relations and
assurance related services in the United States.
Nicola was part of a dynamic team who lead many entities through the transition to the new Companies Act and assisted many businesses
in the challenging South African business environment.
She has a keen interest in the non-profit sector and has been actively involved in the structuring and reporting activities to foreign
and local donors. To further her studies and to keep abreast with the changes in the non-profit sector legislation, she attends
regular updates on the non-profit act and provides a service to clients in this sector which aids in creating a better understanding
of the many challenges they are exposed to in their daily operations.
The amended Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment codes have also proved to be a headache for many business owners, hence her interest
therein to add value in the structuring of BBBEE initiatives and to make the transition and compliance as easy as possible.
Nicola serves as a trustee on various body corporates and home owners associations with the finance portfolio as her key responsibility.

He has a good understanding and experience in tax, cost accounting and business management.
Jacques is involved with strategic planning. He follows a structured approach in setting goals and objectives with a well
formulated plan on achieving the desired results. He assists various clients with improvement plans in accomplishing an
improved BEE scorecard.
